Equal Offense - Billiard Congress of America Master Instructor Jerry Briesath was created the game of equal offense to the billiards world. He introduced a new concept 14.1 continuous billiards to the popular game Billiards. In the game of billiard the shooter continues shooting until he makes a foul, illegally pockets a ball, or reaches a maximum score for the inning or frame in which he is shooting. If the shooter voids the rules the next shooter is engaged to shooting without call of caroms or kisses but only call needs to be the ball and the pocket.
The shooter is called before the shot although he gets credit for all balls pocketed on a given shot as long as the shooter pockets the ball. The highest scorer of previous game forced to goes down from the board in each inning after the opening inning starts. Maximally 15 standard balls are required to rack normally at the dice to play the game. The shooter must have to leave his shoot after scoring the maximum number of points 200 in a frame.
